This been-there-forever place is a small bar on cosmopolitan Rue Jourdan, a stone's throw from Place Louise.
There are a host of nearby restaurants and, on warm evenings, the whole of the street becomes one long terrace swarming with revellers. Owner Kelly is as friendly as can be and does a mean cocktail. Early birds can drop in around 10 am chat with soon-to-be divorced men downing some courage on their way to the nearby Palais de Justice. No website.
